Privacy Policy

EverStrong Nutrition Pty Ltd (ABN 34 696 248 870, "EverStrong", "we", "us") operates everstrong.online, app.everstrong.online, the Keep Muscle Protocol program and related email lists. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are outside Australia, we apply the same standards.

1. What we collect

• Account and contact information: name, email address, and authentication data when you create an account, join a program, or subscribe to an email list.
• Health-related information you choose to give us: GLP-1 medication and dose, weight and goal weight, protein intake, strength test results, tape measurements, blood work values, body composition scans, and dietary preferences. This is sensitive information and we only collect it with your consent, for the purpose of coaching you.
• Program participation: attendance at calls, messages in the private cohort group, weekly numbers you log, and feedback you give.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and messages sent to the coach chat, used to improve the service.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

2. How we use it

• To deliver coaching: set your targets, review your numbers, reply to you, and personalise the app.
• To run the program: schedule calls, send recordings, manage the private group.
• To know which page you arrived on and, if you came from a link with tracking on it, which campaign sent you. This is kept with your signup so we can tell which of our pages and channels are worth continuing. It is stored for the tab only until you sign up, and we never record your IP address, never set an advertising cookie and never fingerprint you.
• To send emails you asked for: the free course, the fortnightly note, product communications and transactional messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing email in one click at any time.
• To improve the service and to meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing your results

Founding cohort members agree, as part of enrolment, that we may share their progress numbers and comments in marketing and program materials, using first name and initial or fully anonymised at their choice. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@everstrong.online and we will stop using your results in new material. We never share identifiable health information without this consent.

4. Who else handles your data

• Supabase (Sydney, Australia): authentication and database hosting.
• Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery and application logic.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Brevo: email delivery.
• Anthropic: powers the coach chat in the app. Conversation data is processed to generate responses and is not used to train models.
• Zoom or Google Meet: live calls and recordings.
• Meta: the private cohort group and the free public group run on Facebook under Meta's own policies.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Database records are protected by row-level security so you can only see your own. Access to identifiable health information is limited to Greg Black and systems that need it to deliver the service.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, opt out of marketing, or withdraw consent for results sharing. Email hello@everstrong.online. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

7. Retention

We keep account and coaching data while your account or program membership is active and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Payment records are kept for seven years as required by Australian tax law. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel on some pages to measure advertising. Neither receives your health information. Your browser can block these.

9. Changes

We will post changes here and update the date at the top. Material changes affecting program members will be emailed.
