Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of everstrong.online, the EverStrong app, the digital products we sell and related services operated by EverStrong Nutrition Pty Ltd (ABN 34 696 248 870, "EverStrong", "we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.

1. What EverStrong is

EverStrong provides nutrition and strength coaching and education for people losing weight on GLP-1 medication. Services include one-off digital downloads, a subscription review service, the self-serve EverStrong app, free tools and articles, and email newsletters. Everything is delivered online. We do not run live calls, cohorts or in-person sessions.

2. Not medical advice

EverStrong is not a medical service. Nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing we say is about your medication or dose. We do not give medication, dosing, supplement-dosing or taper advice, and we never will. Decisions about starting, changing, or stopping any medication are between you and your prescribing doctor. Consult your doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition plan, particularly if you have a heart, kidney, liver or metabolic condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating. If you feel unwell, seek medical care.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us. One person per account.

4. Digital downloads

  • What we sell: the Keep Muscle Kit (A$47 / US$29 / £23), the Personal 7-Day Plan (A$19 / US$12 / £9), the Kit and Plan bundle (A$59 / US$37 / £29), the Coming Off Plan (A$37 / US$24 / £19), and clinic code packs for practices buying in bulk. Prices are shown on the product page and are the ones that apply at the time you buy. Australian prices include GST where applicable.
  • Payment and delivery: a one-off fee, paid through Stripe. Delivery is a download link, sent by email straight after payment. Keep the link: it is yours to use, not to share.
  • Refunds: if a download is not for you, email hello@everstrong.online within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. You do not have to give a reason. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
  • Personal 7-Day Plan: the plan is generated by software from the answers you give us. It is a nutrition and training plan. It is not a medical assessment and it will not tell you anything about your medication.
  • Clinic code packs: codes are for the clinic's own patients or clients, are not for resale, and expire on the date shown at purchase.

5. The Sunday Review subscription

  • Price: A$9 / US$6 / £5 a month, or A$79 / US$49 / £39 a year, billed through Stripe and renewing automatically until you cancel.
  • What is included: you log your numbers each week and we send you a written review each Monday, as described on the product page at the time you subscribe.
  • Cancelling: cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-periods, and we do not need a reason.
  • Your numbers: the review is only as good as what you log. It is nutrition and training feedback, nothing more.

6. The EverStrong app

  • The app subscription is billed monthly through Stripe after any free trial, and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • The coach chat is an automated assistant configured by EverStrong. It is software, not a human coach, and no person reviews your messages before it replies. It can be wrong. It is not medical advice, it is not a doctor, and it will decline medication questions. Use your judgement and your doctor.

7. Your content and our content

You own the information you give us. You grant us permission to use it to deliver the service. The workbooks, plans, reviews, videos and articles are ours; you may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and may not resell or redistribute them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EverStrong is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to customers. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
